Skill Center
Located at US 287 and Turner Warnell Road on the Arlington/Mansfield border, will open at 10 am Saturday morning, October 25. It is a state of the art facility incorporating 10 Iron Mike pitching machines in 7 batting cages and 3 70'X 12' pitching tunnels for instruction and position training. The tunnels are separated by nets that can be pulled out of the way to make a 70 X 35 foot open area for team or individual use.
In addition to a game room with complimentary billiard, foosball and pool tables, the center features a large party room ideal for birthday parties, team and league meetings. Fully air conditoned, Skill Center is a 16,000 square foot building built specifically for indoor sport training. It is the most modern and user friendly facility in the Metroplex.
From opening day through October 31 Skill Center has a grand opening special that allows players to bat all day long for $5.00 a day. We suggest that you let your players know of this special to introduce them to this extraordinary training center.
We will offer special arrangements and pricing for teams and leagues. If you are aware of coaches and instructors who are looking for a site at which they may offer their services, please let us know. We are in the process of putting together our teaching faculty and are looking for good women or men to work with us under favorable conditions.
Skill Center will appeal to players from the T-Ball generation through the Senior circuit. Parents will feel comfortable having their children practice at Skill Center and adults will feel welcome in a clean, bright and friendly facility. |
