MYBA hosted once again, the 2013 Sectional Competition of the MLB Pitch Hit & Run. Below you will find the results for both BOYS and GIRLS competitions. The Champion in each age group is highlighted in GREEN. The Champions (only) will be compared to the scores of Champions at other Sectional Competitions in N. Texas, to determine the winner that will advance to competition at Rangers Stadium. Those winners are determined by MLB Pitch Hit & Run Headquarters. As soon as those winners are determined, PHR Headquarters will contact each winner with information on advancing. THOSE WINNERS ARE NOT DETERMINED BY MYBA AND WE ARE NEVER MADE AWARE OF THE WINNERS. If you are not contacted in the coming weeks, that means your Champions score was not the highest among the other Sectionals. Thank you to all our great volunteers that made this event possible, and congratulations to all the kiddos that competed.
MYBA hosted once again the Local Competition for MLB Pitch Hit and Run. Below you will find the results for all competitors, as well as the winners from each event. If your player's name appears anywhere on the WINNERS page, they have qualified to advance to the Sectional Competition Round. This event will be held on May 18th at The Mansfield Sports Complex. All competitors should be at the park by 9:30 am. Please bring a new registration form (downloadable below) completed and ready for the competition. Please note that the Sectional Competition is ONLY open to individuals that have qualified in a local competition already.
We receive many questions about the ongoing changes to the USSSA Bat guidelines. We have put together a short guide that should help you understand what the current rules are, and what MYBA follows. Please read the guide below in detail and if you have further questions, please contact VP Of Equipment, Josh Vetrano at equipment@myba.com.
